Cracks and fractures in wheel spokes, barrels, or flanges are serious structural failures that require expert repair. Most shops will tell you a cracked rim can't be fixed — we disagree.
Our certified TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welders specialize in aluminum alloy wheel repair. TIG welding delivers the precision and cleanliness required for structural wheel repairs — we fill the crack, grind it flush, and finish the surface so the weld is virtually invisible. Then we pressure-test the repair before it leaves our shop.
