Five expert wheel repair services — all performed in-house at our Bronx shop. Every repair backed by our satisfaction guarantee.

Service 01

Rim Straightening

Starting at $200

NYC roads are notorious for potholes and rough pavement. A single impact can bend, warp, or crack your rim — causing vibration through the steering wheel, uneven tire wear, and dangerous pressure loss. Don't ignore it.

Our hydraulic straightening equipment applies precise, measured force to restore your rim to exact factory specifications. We work on standard alloy wheels, forged rims, and custom aftermarket wheels across all vehicle makes and models.

What's Included

  • Full rim inspection & damage assessment
  • Hydraulic straightening to factory spec
  • Roundness and runout verification
  • Balance check after repair
  • Safety test before return
Turnaround: Same day – 24 hours
Guarantee: Satisfaction guaranteed
Wheel Types: All alloy, forged, custom

Service 02

Powder Coating

Starting at $180

Powder coating is the gold standard for wheel finishes — far more durable than traditional paint. It resists chipping, scratching, UV fading, and corrosion, making it ideal for wheels that take daily abuse on city streets.

We strip your wheel down to bare metal, apply a chemical pre-treatment to maximize adhesion, then electrostatically apply the powder and bake it at high temperature. The result is a smooth, hard finish that lasts years — not months.

What's Included

  • Complete strip to bare metal
  • Surface pre-treatment for adhesion
  • Electrostatic powder application
  • High-temp oven cure
  • Choice of gloss, matte, or satin finish
  • Hundreds of standard & custom colors
Turnaround: 3–5 business days
Finish options: Gloss, matte, satin, metallic
Durability: 15–20 year lifespan

Service 03

TIG Welding

Starting at $300

Cracks and fractures in wheel spokes, barrels, or flanges are serious structural failures that require expert repair. Most shops will tell you a cracked rim can't be fixed — we disagree.

Our certified TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welders specialize in aluminum alloy wheel repair. TIG welding delivers the precision and cleanliness required for structural wheel repairs — we fill the crack, grind it flush, and finish the surface so the weld is virtually invisible. Then we pressure-test the repair before it leaves our shop.

What's Included

  • Structural integrity assessment
  • Crack cleaning & preparation
  • Precision TIG weld repair
  • Weld grinding & smooth finishing
  • Pressure test after welding
  • Surface prep for recoating (if needed)
Turnaround: 2–4 business days
Best for: Cracked spokes, barrel cracks
Guarantee: Structurally sound or refunded

Wheel Refinishing

Starting at $200

Years of curb rash, road debris, and faded clear coat take a real toll on your wheels. Wheel refinishing is a full surface restoration — we strip everything down to bare metal, repair imperfections, and rebuild the finish from the ground up.

Whether you want to restore factory appearance or upgrade to a new finish, our refinishing process delivers a result that looks better than new. Curb damage, oxidation, peeling clear coat — we address it all.

What's Included

  • Full strip of existing finish
  • Curb rash & scratch repair
  • Surface sanding & prep
  • Primer application
  • Topcoat to match original or new color
  • UV-resistant clear coat protection
Turnaround: 3–5 business days

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question not covered here? Call us at 1-347-843-7008 — we're happy to help.

Most bent rims can be straightened — even severe bends. However, some damage isn't repairable: cracks through the bead seat, structural failures that compromise the mounting surface, or damage so severe the metal is compromised. We'll assess every wheel honestly and let you know upfront whether a repair is possible and safe. We won't charge you for a repair we can't stand behind.
No — you can bring in your full vehicle and we'll handle everything, including tire removal and remounting. Just let us know when you schedule so we can plan accordingly. Tire service fees may apply. If you prefer to bring just the bare wheels, that works too and can speed up your turnaround.
A properly applied powder coat can last 15–20 years under normal driving conditions. It's significantly more durable than conventional paint — chip-resistant, fade-resistant, and able to handle road salt, brake dust, and harsh cleaning without deteriorating. That's why we recommend powder coating over paint for customers who prioritize longevity.
We have access to hundreds of colors across gloss, matte, satin, metallic, candy, and textured finishes. If you have a specific color in mind — a paint code, a color sample, or a photo reference — we can match it closely. Popular choices include gloss black, matte black, gunmetal, bronze, and OEM silver, but the options are nearly limitless.
Yes. We stand behind every repair and refinish job we do. If an issue arises that's caused by our workmanship — a weld failure, finish peeling under normal conditions, or a straightening that didn't hold — bring it back and we'll make it right. We're a small shop with a reputation to protect, and your satisfaction is how we stay in business.
Absolutely. We work on all wheel types and sizes — standard alloy, cast, forged, flow-formed, and custom aftermarket wheels across all brands. This includes wheels from BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Lamborghini, and high-end aftermarket brands like HRE, Vossen, Rotiform, and ADV.1. If you have valuable wheels, we treat them accordingly.
Yes — and it's often more cost-effective to do it that way. If a wheel needs straightening and refinishing, we handle both in the same job. Many customers combine rim straightening with powder coating or refinishing for a complete restoration. We'll quote the bundled work together and schedule everything so you only need to drop off once.
